Returns & Exchanges

At Patta, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Patta tags are attached and the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
